Pear & Chocolate Aperitif
First very fruity nose: we find the aromas of very ripe pear with the gourmet base of Belle-Hélène pear. The chocolate stays in the mouth. It is as much an aperitif as a dessert wine, accompanied by a scoop of ice cream or other pear dessert. Also called "Galipette" with pears & chocolate.
