An idea of an original recipe and greedy chocolate mousse to finish your meal in style!
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 50 grams of butter
- 100 grams of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 generous spoonfuls of liqueur AURIAN ©
Melt the butter with the chocolate. Add the egg yolk and sugar.
Pour two tablespoons of Cherry liqueur AURIAN © and mix.
Sauté the egg whites and gently add to the mixture with a spatula until you get a smooth texture.
Pour the mixture into a bowl or verrines.
Let cool 2 hours in the refrigerator, then enjoy!
Our advice: this recipe is transposable with our other liqueurs according to your tastes, to vary the pleasures and surprise your guests again and again. 🙂
