Chocolate mousse recipe

An idea of ​​an original recipe and greedy chocolate mousse to finish your meal in style!


  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 generous tablespoons of AURIAN © liqueur

Melt the butter with the chocolate. Add the egg yolk and sugar.

Pour two tablespoons of Cherry liqueur AURIAN © and mix.

Whip the egg whites until stiff, then add them delicately to the mixture using a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous texture.

Pour the mixture into a bowl or verrines.

Let cool 2 hours in the refrigerator, then enjoy!


Our advice: this recipe is transposable with our other liqueurs according to your tastes, to vary the pleasures and surprise your guests again and again. 🙂
